Add a collaborator or change their role.
Reference for flywheel hosted:repository:member:set.
Add a collaborator to a hosted repository or change their role, changing who can read the repository. --role is viewer, editor, or admin; the owner role changes only through hosted:repository:transfer. The change takes effect on the hosted copy immediately.
