List the collaborators of a hosted repository with their roles (owner or admin only).

List the collaborators of a hosted repository with their roles. This is a read-only query of the hosted copy. Only owners and admins can list members; other callers get 403 repository_forbidden (CLI exit 3) and should ask an owner or admin to list them. Missing and retired repositories return 404 repository_not_found.

Add a collaborator or change their role.
hosted:repository:retire
Permanently retire a hosted repository (irreversible; the ID can never be reused): all nodes of the repository stop being readable and cannot be restored. Local clones keep working offline but can no longer sync; publishing the graph again needs repo:init in a new directory plus a re-import under a new identity.
