Discover all local nodes and graph containers, including empty ones. Defaults to committed state; use --staged to inspect pending work.

Discover every local node and graph container, including empty containers and tombstoned nodes; purged nodes are omitted. Rows include title, lifecycle, container ID, direct child count, and the semantic edge count scoped to that node. Counts cover one containment level, not a recursive total. Defaults to committed state; add --staged to inspect saved pending nodes, even before the first commit. Committed --after paging requires --at_head; staged paging uses the returned opaque next_cursor with --staged --after and does not require --at_head. Use repo:containment:list or repo:edge:list to inspect a listed container or graph.
