Stage assigning a tag to a node.
Reference for flywheel repo:node-tag:assign.
Stage an assignment locally and commit before pushing. Add --scope-repository-id <repository_id> when the tag's scope node is held by another repository; omission means this repository. Local edits stay offline. Push checks read access to that scope; an unreadable or missing scope returns repository_tag_scope_unreadable naming the tag, scope node and scope repository. Get read access or run the exact repo:unpublished:drop command the refusal prints, then push again. A later tag-removal commit does not bypass the check.
