Stage removing a tag from a node.
Reference for flywheel repo:node-tag:remove.
Stage removal of an existing assignment. Add --scope-repository-id <repository_id> for a foreign scope. Removal stays possible after scope read access is withdrawn. A later removal commit does not unblock a refused unpublished assignment: run the repo:unpublished:drop command that refusal prints.
